Campbell Civils pleased to support Principal Contractor Glasgiven Contracts Ltd in the delivery of a new £48 Million College in Lurgan.
Construction has already started onsite to construct the new St. Ronan’s College, Lurgan. This significant Design and Build Contract will provide a new amalgamated school to replace three existing schools in the Lurgan area. The new c. 21,000m2 school will provide accommodation for the long-term enrolment of 1,750 pupils and will include the construction of sports pitches.
Glasgiven Contracts work on a wide range of projects in both the North and South of Ireland and have experience in delivering high-quality educational buildings.
Campbell Civils are delighted to be a part of the supply chain delivering extensive road re-alignment and drainage works in connection with the construction of the new college.
Expected duration of the road works package is three months with an anticipated start date in mid-July. We look forward to working alongside the Glasgiven team and associated design partners in the coming months.
