We are delighted to have commenced works on a new Road Re-Alignment Scheme on the Saintfield Road, Lisburn. Works have been commissioned by a new client Ballygood Estates in connection with the construction of twenty two new luxury homes.
Works will be delivered over five phases lasting approximately 10 weeks and will include the relocation of existing services, installation of new services, construction of car park, construction of new site entrance and surfacing works.
Given the site location just off Junction 6 on the busy Saintfield Rd/M1, we have spent considerable time at the pre-planning stage working with the Client, Department of Transport and Infrastructure, Utility Providers and Traffic Management company Premier Traffic Management to programme works in such a manner as to have minimal impact on traffic flow and on the needs of local residents and business owners.
