We are pleased to have recently completed Site Enabling & Entrance Works for a private Housing Development in Gort Na Mona, Belfast with new client McGinnis Group.
Our scope of works included;
Site Setup, Traffic Management, Site Enabling & Entrance Works, Drainage, Kerbing, Utility Works, Permanent Re-instatement.
Campbell Civils also undertook the process to apply for and secure a Street Works Licence to deliver the project. This included liaising with all the necessary utility providers and government departments to request marked up services and liaison with Transport NI and NI Water to obtain licences & permits.
