We’re delighted to have been appointed by respected builder and developer Dunlop Homes to deliver a significant road realignment and site entrance works scheme at their latest residential development on the Belfast Road, near Ballynahinch, Co. Down.
The development will provide a high-quality mix of apartments, townhouses, semi-detached and detached homes, reflecting Dunlop Homes’ strong reputation for design excellence, craftsmanship, and customer care.
Our scope of works includes the construction of a right-hand turning lane and the formation of a new site entrance, with works programmed for completion by April 2026. Traffic management measures will be in place throughout the works to ensure the safety of road users and site personnel.
