We're pleased to be progressing essential drainage infrastructure works at Bells Hill, Limavady, on behalf of CBIN Developments, supporting the delivery of a new luxury residential development.
Our team is currently installing both storm and foul drainage networks, including manhole construction, reinstatement and surfacing works. As part of the programme, a new storm connection across the A37 will be completed during night-time and weekend hours to minimise disruption to local residents and road users.
We're proud to be working alongside CBIN Developments to deliver the infrastructure that will support much-needed new homes, with safety, quality and efficiency remaining our priority throughout the project.
