We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a contract by existing client Eglinton Developments Ltd at their Gort Na Mona residential site in Belfast.
Eglinton Developments and Dingle Contracting are part of the McGinnis Group and will oversee the construction of 122 homes for Apex and Clanmil Housing. Our scope of work includes; Drainage, Site Services, Make up of Roads and Hard Standings.
It is envisaged that work will commence mid November 2025 with completion expected by Autumn 2026. We have recently completed Site Enabling & Entrance Works at the same residential site.
