Grab Driver with HGV Class 1 Licence

Job Purpose:

As a Grab Driver with HGV Class 1 Licence your duties will be to support the ongoing civils works of the business including driving grab lorry and other company vehicles, mobilising plant, equipment and materials to and from our various sites across the North of Ireland. Other duties will include general yard duties at the company site close to Dungannon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transporting plant, equipment and materials to sites across the North of Ireland
• Operating Grab Lorry with Palfinger crane and clamshell bucket
• Safe, efficient and responsible driving of Company Vehicles
• Ensure plant equipment in the yard is fuelled and ready for site
• Perform daily health and safety walk round checks
• Keeping vehicles clean inside and out
• Other yard duties as required, as directed by the Site Manager/Contracts Manager,

 Essential Criteria: 

• Valid Class 1 HGV Licence
• Valid Grab Ticket /NPORS or equivalent
• Minimum 2 yrs experience

Desirable Criteria:

• CSR Card
• CPC Training Completed

Salary negotiable based on experience
