Campbell Civils are pleased to be working with a number of established Principal Contractors delivering much needed social housing schemes across the North of Ireland.
We are currently delivering drainage schemes on two sites. The first is for contractor Brendan Loughran & Sons. The works are in connection with the construction of 2 No. new build apartment blocks in Sion Mills consisting of 12 No. 3P/2B apartments together with associated siteworks, landscaping & car parking facilities.
The second scheme has been contracted by Newry based Belnew Developments and is for a new £2.2 million social housing scheme located on the Camlough Rd in Newry, providing ten new family homes in the city.
The drainage elements of the projects are due to be completed in May and June 2024 respectively.
