Works are progressing well on our latest Road Re-alignment and Site Entrance Works project at Park Road, Mallusk—one of several similar schemes Campbell Civils has delivered across Northern Ireland this year in support of both private and social housing developments.
These projects require detailed planning and coordination, often beginning 12–24 months before construction starts. This includes statutory approvals, utility diversions (gas, electricity, water, drainage and telecommunications), new water and sewer connections, and the implementation of road closures, lane closures and traffic management.
