In recent months we have undertaken a number of Road Re-Alignment and Site Entrance Schemes across the north of Ireland.
We are delighted to be part of the supply chain of the new £45million Abbey Community College on the Three Mile Water site in Antrim. The new facility will include enhanced learning provision accommodation and sports facilities.
Hood Magowan Kirk are the Integrated Consultant Team for the project and Glasgiven Contracts Ltd. is the appointed building contractor. Campbell Civils scope of works includes the road re-alignment scheme and formation of two new site entrances.
It is anticipated our element of works will take approximately ten to twelve weeks with completion expected by November 2025.
We’re are also pleased to announce that we have recently been awarded a new contract to deliver a Road Re-alignment and site entrance Scheme by Bri Bar Construction Ltd at their latest housing development in Portadown. Bri Bar is constructing a unique range of three and four bed, detached and semi-detached homes for client Hillmark Homes.
Our team will be supporting the successful delivery of this growing residential project, contributing to the quality and finish expected on a Hillmark Homes development.
We look forward to working together and seeing this development take shape in the coming months.
Campbell Civils will also undertake the process to apply for and secure a Street Works Licences for these projects. This includes liaising with all the necessary utility providers and government departments to request marked up services and liaison with Transport NI and NI Water to obtain licences & permits.
