Our scope of works includes:

Project 1 – Loft Lines Residential (Client: Graham Construction)
On completion, this flagship scheme will deliver 627 Build-to-Rent homes and 151 affordable homes — ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, designed to meet the needs of families and young professionals.
Project 2 – Hamilton Dock Hotel (Client: Ganson UK)
A five-storey hotel development located directly across from the Titanic Museum, adding further vibrancy to this historic district.
