to deliver excellence. Recently, Claire Hughes, with the support of HR consultant Gerry McDermott, led the delivery of our Company Reset
program. This initiative included a refresh of:
✅ Induction processes for new starters
✅ Updated policies and procedures
✅ Enhanced awareness of Health & Safety
✅ Training on software systems to improve workflow and efficiency
✅ A “Who’s Who” of the team to strengthen connections across the business
Every colleague attended a session to review these updates and discuss how they support day-to-day work and our long-term goals.
This reset reflects our commitment to continuous improvement – creating a stronger, safer, and more connected workplace for everyone.
