We are pleased to have recently completed civils works at the iconic Loft Lines project in the Titanic Quarter for client Graham Construction.
Our scope of works included the installation of water main and fire hydrants, delivering a key part of this landmark project on time and to the highest standard working with Graham Construction.
On completion, the Loft Lines project will deliver 627 Build to Rent homes alongside 151 affordable homes – a mix of studios to three-bedroom apartments which will appeal to a range of people including families and young professionals.
Our element of the project was completed in Autumn 2025.
