Last Friday, WIB member Denise Campbell had the privilege of attending The WiB Group 2025 Chair’s Lunch at Titanic Belfast, where business leaders and political figures gathered to discuss the power of inclusion in shaping Northern Ireland’s economic future.
Nichola Robinson, Chair of The WiB Group, delivered an inspiring message, encouraging leaders to be bold in fostering workplace cultures that champion inclusion: “Don’t blink in the face of challenge. Don’t let your leadership and values wilt to the whims of short-termism.”
