Appointed by Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council, the purpose of the project was to upgrade the drainage system at Sixmilewater Caravan Park.
Contract works included the excavation for new grey water drainage pipework from existing caravan pitches, supply and laying of new grey water drainage pipework and construction of new manholes.
Further work was carried out to connect to existing pumping station and manholes, disconnection and removal of existing utility bollards and supply and install new utility bollards including connection of new water and electrical supplies and testing.
The project also included reinstatement of all disturbed surfaces including grass, existing roadways and existing caravan pitches.
The project was completed within budget and timescale in time for the busy 2019 summer season.
