Our Business Development Director, Denise Campbell is currently participating in the University of Ulster Help to Grow Programme. This is a practical leadership and management training programme designed to help boost business performance, resilience and long-term growth.
A core part of this development programme is establishing links with business mentors. Denise is delighted to have recently started her business mentoring journey with Michelle Lestas, the current Chair of the Association of Business Mentors Ireland.
Michelle is an integral part of the SME ecosystem across Northern Ireland. A renowned business turnaround specialist, she brings over 25 years of qualifications, skills and experience to her business mentoring.
With today being National Mentoring Day, we would like to acknowledge the great work that Denise is putting in on the Help to Grow programme and say a huge thank you to Michelle as Denise’s mentor.
