We have recently completed a Road Re-Alignment Scheme & associated Civils Works for client DB Building Contracts on the site of their new residential housing development at Eastway, Lurgan.
Our scope of works included;
Site Setup, Traffic Management, Trial Hole Excavation Works, Traffic island modifications, Street Lighting, Site Entrance Construction, Road Re-Alignment Works, Kerbing, Utility Works, Temporary & Permanent Re-instatement.
Campbell Civils also undertook the process to apply for and secure a Street Works Licence to deliver the project. This included liaising with all the necessary utility providers and government departments to request marked up services and liaison with Transport NI and NI Water to obtain licences & permits.
DB Building Contracts Ltd is a family run building contracting business incorporated in 2003. Operating across the whole of Northern Ireland, mainly within the private house building sector.
