We look forward to working with new client Newry & Mourne District Council on the extension of the existing Municipal Cemetery in Warrenpoint. We will work alongside Consultant Engineers Nicholas O'Dwyer to carry out a range of extension works including;
The extension of the existing cemetery road into the as yet undeveloped part of the site together with associated paths, lighting, landscaping, fencing, gates to provide access to the designated burial areas. In addition, the project will include a block walled Maintenance and Soil Storage Compound and two Contemplation Areas, the larger of which will be sheltered by double faced a granite wall. Parking bays will also be provided both in the Phase 1 part of the Cemetery and in the new section adjacent to the Contemplation Area to improve the usability and accessibility of the site for all visitors.
Work is expected to commence in January 2021.
